🍲 **Ingredients**:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 300g chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar to make the marinade. Marinate chicken pieces for at least 30 minutes.
