Katsu Sando is a delicious Japanese sandwich featuring crispy pork cutlets, tangy sauce, and fresh cabbage all nestled between slices of soft bread. This hearty and satisfying sandwich is perfect for lunch or a quick meal, offering a perfect balance of flavors and textures.
**Ingredients**:
- 2 pork cutlets (tonkatsu), breaded and fried
- 4 slices of white or milk bread
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 tbsp tonkatsu sauce (or a mix of Worcestershire sauce and ketchup)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying the bread)
**Instructions**:
1. Spread tonkatsu sauce on one side of each bread slice, and mayonnaise if using.
2. Place a pork cutlet on two slices of bread.
3. Top with shredded cabbage and cover with the remaining bread slices.
