Ingredients:
- 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
- 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
- 3 green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix Ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Stir until well-blended.
- Add Spinach: Stir in the thawed and well-drained spinach until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Optional Add-ins: If desired, add the chopped water chestnuts and green onions. These add a nice crunch and extra flavor to the dip.
- Chill: Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight. This allows the flavors to meld together.
- Serve: Serve the dip with fresh vegetables, crackers, or bread.
