Ingredients:

For the Marinated Beef:

  • 1/2 pound beef (sirloin, ribeye, or flank steak), thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  7. Using the same skillet, fry eggs sunny-side up or over-easy.
  8. To assemble the bibimbap, divide cooked white rice among serving bowls. Arrange sautéed vegetables and cooked beef on top of the rice.
  9. Top each bowl with a fried egg and drizzle with gochujang sauce.
  10. Garnish the bibimbap with sesame seeds and thinly sliced green onions.
