I whipped up this lemon basil chicken pasta for dinner, and it was a total hit! Light, flavorful, and super easy to make—perfect for a weeknight meal.

Lemon Basil Chicken Pasta Recipe​

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or your choice)
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, zest, chopped basil, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
  5. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well to combine.
  6. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
So fresh and flavorful—definitely adding this to my regular rotation!
