I whipped up this lemon basil chicken pasta for dinner, and it was a total hit! Light, flavorful, and super easy to make—perfect for a weeknight meal.

Lemon Basil Chicken Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or your choice)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice, zest, chopped basil, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well to combine.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
