- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Place the cod fillets in the baking dish and brush with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture evenly over the cod fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
