  • 4 cod fillets

  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tbsp dried dill)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Place the cod fillets in the baking dish and brush with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the mixture evenly over the cod fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
