🧒Ingredients:
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup hummus (classic or your favorite flavor)
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 avocado, sliced (optional)




🧒Instructions:
  1. Lay out your tortillas or wraps on a flat surface.
  2. Spread about 1/4 cup of hummus evenly over each tortilla, leaving a little space at the edges.
  3. Layer the sliced bell peppers, shredded carrots, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and red onion (if using) across the middle of each tortilla.
  4. If you're adding avocado, place a few slices on top of the veggies.
