Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mango habanero sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper, then arrange them on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
3. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are cooked through and crispy.
4. In a large bowl, toss the baked wings with mango habanero sauce until they are evenly coated.
5. Return the sauced wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
6. Once done, remove the wings from the oven and let them cool slightly.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves if desired and serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra zing!
