- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 teaspoons honey or sugar, more or less to taste
- Dash ground cardamom, optional
- Ice, optional
Method
- Place the ingredients in the blender: Combine the mango, yogurt, milk, honey (or sugar), and optionally cardamom in a blender, then blend for 2 minutes.
For a thicker texture, you can blend in some ice or pour the lassi over ice cubes. - Serve with a dash of cardamom: Transfer the mixture into a glass and top with a small pinch of ground cardamom. Refrigerate the lassi for up to 24 hours.
