I recently tried this amazing Maple Glazed Salmon, and it turned out so good that I just had to share! The sweet and savory glaze gives the salmon such a rich flavor, and it’s surprisingly easy to make. Here’s how you can do it:

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the maple glaze generously over each fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Once done, drizzle a little extra glaze over the top if you like, and serve with your favorite side.
This recipe is a total winner—simple, delicious, and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. Enjoy! 😊
