I recently tried this amazing Maple Glazed Salmon, and it turned out so good that I just had to share! The sweet and savory glaze gives the salmon such a rich flavor, and it’s surprisingly easy to make. Here’s how you can do it:
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
- Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the maple glaze generously over each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Once done, drizzle a little extra glaze over the top if you like, and serve with your favorite side.
