Marshmallow Crunch Brownie Bars are a decadent dessert that combines the rich, fudgy goodness of brownies with the gooey sweetness of marshmallows and the satisfying crunch of a crispy chocolate-peanut butter topping. 



Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
Instructions
- Prepare Brownies: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Bake in a 9x13-inch pan.
- Add Marshmallows: Once the brownies are baked, remove them from the oven and immediately sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the top. Return the pan to the oven for 3 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffed and slightly melted.
- Prepare Topping: In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter together, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the crispy rice cereal until well combined.
- Assemble: Spread the chocolate-peanut butter mixture evenly over the marshmallow layer. Use a spatula to press down gently, ensuring the topping adheres to the marshmallows.
- Chill: Allow the bars to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Serve: Once set, cut into bars and serve.
