- 8 small flour or corn tortillas, warmed

- In a bowl, combine peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated in the spice mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
