- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons white miso paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Spoon the miso mixture evenly over each salmon fillet, covering them completely.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
