Hey everyone, I want to introduce you to a delicious recipe for miso salmon! 🍣 This dish combines tender salmon with a savory miso glaze that's sure to impress.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
  4. Spoon the miso mixture evenly over each salmon fillet, covering them completely.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
