Munching a mud cake at the start of the day is so indulgent. The richness and moistness of mud cake is surreal. I cannot imagine what a great start to the day would be without the smell of brewing coffee.

Mud cake is a rich and indulgent dessert! Though, I think using dark chocolate and coffee in the batter enhances its deep, chocolatey flavor.
