My peach cobbler's got a tangy aftertaste – any idea what could be causing that?

Sweet treat makers! 🍑 I've noticed my peach cobbler has a bit of a tangy aftertaste. Kind of a mystery to me! 🤔 Does anyone have insights on what might be causing this? Could it be the type of peaches I'm using, or maybe something else? Would love your thoughts and tips. Thanks! 🍰
 
Try using canned peaches in heavy syrup instead of fresh ones... I did this and my cobbler tasted much sweeter... The syrup balances out any tanginess and gives a richer flavor! 🍑🍰
