- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce or mixed greens
- 1 lb ground beef or chicken, cooked with taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup salsa (or more, if you like it saucy!)
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
