- 1 ½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup (30g) all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup (50g) firmly packed brown sugar
- 16 oz (454g) cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup (70g) Nutella
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9"x13" baking pan.
- Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, flour, and brown sugar until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes until set and lightly browned.
- Make the Filling: Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined. Spread the filling evenly over the baked crust.
- Add Nutella Swirl: Drop spoonfuls of Nutella over the filling. Use a knife to swirl the Nutella into the filling.
- Bake: Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until the filling is set. Let it cool for about an hour, then refrigerate until fully chilled and firm before cutting into bars.
