As the heavenly scent of sizzling spices wafted through my kitchen, I was instantly whisked away to the chaotic streets of my hometown, where vendors slung these irresistible "aloo kebabs." One rainy day, I stumbled upon a stall and had a transcendental experience with these golden-brown delights. I had to recreate them at home to spread the joy!

- 5/6 Potatoes
- Cilantro
- 6 green Chilli
- 1 red Onion
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- Salt
- 1 tblsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tblsp Mustard oil
- Fried Onions
- 1 Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Boil the Potatoes, peel and smash them in a bowl.
- Add all the spices above
- Shape the potatoes round
- Dip the kebab in egg and then in breadcrumbs
- Fry them and serve with some sauce
