Grilled octopus is a tasty and unique dish that's surprisingly easy to make. Follow this simple recipe for a delightful meal.

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Prepare the Octopus: Clean and rinse the octopus. Boil it in a large pot of water for 45-60 minutes until tender, then let it cool.
- Marinate the Octopus: Mix garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Cut the octopus into pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the Octopus: Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill the octopus for 3-4 minutes per side until slightly charred.
- Serve: Arrange on a platter, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
