- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices
- Sliced bell peppers
- Sliced onions
- Any other toppings of your choice
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a mini Detroit style pizza pan or a baking sheet.
