I learned this recipe last week and couldn't wait to share it. Get ready to elevate your dinner game.

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of fresh asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, lemon zest

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash the asparagus spears and trim off the tough ends.
3. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.

5. Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet.
6. Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and lightly browned.
7. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese or lemon zest before serving.
