I recently tried making a Paper Plane cocktail, and I have to say, it's become one of my favorites. The perfect blend of bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice creates a drink that's both refreshing and sophisticated. It's surprisingly easy to make, too!

Paper Plane Recipe


Ingredients:

- 3/4 oz bourbon​

- 3/4 oz Aperol​

- 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino​

- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice​

Instructions:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.​

2. Add bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice.​

3. Shake well until chilled.​

4. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.​
