Here's a treat that's super easy to make and perfect for satisfying those midday cravings.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, rolled oats, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract until well combined.
2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.
4. Once firm, store the peanut butter balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
