I just baked this Peanut Butter Banana Cream Pie, and it’s absolutely divine!

Peanut Butter Banana Cream Pie
Ingredients:
For the Pie Crust:- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 large ripe bananas (sliced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Chopped peanuts (optional)
- Chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Pie Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until crumbs are well coated.
- Press mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
- Make the Peanut Butter Banana Filling:
- Beat peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture.
- Arrange banana slices in the cooled pie crust and spread peanut butter filling over bananas.
- Prepare the Whipped Cream Topping:
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the peanut butter filling.
- Garnish and Chill:
- Garnish with chopped peanuts and chocolate shavings if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Serve:
