Here’s a treat that my kids love, and yours will too! With creamy peanut butter, sweet honey, and crunchy granola all rolled up in a soft tortilla, these pinwheels are a delightful combination of flavors and textures.

Ingredients:
- 2 large flour tortillas (whole wheat or regular)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup granola (any variety you prefer)
- Optional: Sliced bananas, strawberries, or other fruits

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until well combined.
2. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over each tortilla, covering the entire surface.
3. Sprinkle the granola evenly over the peanut butter layer on each tortilla.
4. If desired, add sliced bananas, strawberries, or other fruits on top of the granola.
5. Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly, starting from one edge, to form a log shape.
6. Slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
7. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
