Though I haven’t tried this exact recipe, I think using creamy peanut butter instead of crunchy might give a smoother texture. How do you find the texture of your cookies?

Great suggestion! I’ve tried creamy peanut butter before and it does make for a smoother texture. For my cookies, I love that perfect balance between chewy and soft. Thanks for the tip!
