- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Introduction
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the sour cream and flour until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open for about 1 hour.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
- Once chilled, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan, slice, and serve with your favorite toppings, such as fruit compote or whipped cream.
