It’s perfect for gatherings or a special dessert. Here’s a delightful Phyllo Fruit Tart recipe that combines flaky phyllo dough, creamy filling, and fresh fruits.

Ingredients:
- 8 sheets of phyllo dough (each 14 inches x 9 inches)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 package (8 ounces) fat-free cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup reduced-fat whipped topping
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges (drained)
- 4 kiwifruit (peeled and sliced)
- 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh berries
- 1 ounce white baking chocolate (melted)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter and canola oil.
- Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a work surface and brush it evenly with the butter-oil mixture.
- Repeat with seven more sheets of phyllo, brushing each layer and stacking them on the previous sheet. Keep the remaining phyllo dough covered with waxed paper to prevent it from drying out.
- Place the layered phyllo dough on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden. Let it cool on a wire rack.
- In another small bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
- Gently spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled phyllo crust.
- Arrange the mandarin oranges, kiwifruit, and sliced berries over the cream cheese layer.
- Drizzle the tart with melted white chocolate.
Serve your Phyllo Fruit Tart with a sense of celebration and enjoy the harmonious blend of flavors and textures!
