Let’s get cooking and make some cheesy magic happen!

Ingredients:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (optional)
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- Olive oil or cooking spray for the pan
- Grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Prep Your Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and have them ready. This will make the assembly process quick and smooth.
- Heat the Pan: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a little olive oil or spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Assemble the Quesadilla: Place one tortilla in the skillet. Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Add the Fillings: Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add your favorite toppings like pepperoni, black olives, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano and basil for that authentic pizza flavor.
- Top It Off: Place another tortilla on top, pressing down lightly to hold everything together.
- Cook Until Golden: Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese starts to melt. Carefully flip the quesadilla using a large spatula, and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
- Repeat: Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Slice and Serve: Once all your quesadillas are cooked, slice them into wedges. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes if you like a little extra kick.
- Enjoy: Serve these delicious pizza quesadillas hot, with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping if desired.
