I've always found potato wedges to be more filling and tastier, especially when seasoned well.. But rice is great too.. it's lighter and goes with almost anything..
Potato wedges for sure! It contains more fiber, vitamin C, as well as potassium than rice; moreover it is highly flexible for seasoning. And they certainly are easier to consume as well as more enjoyable to eat!
