  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your choice)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: cooked bacon, ham, or sausage
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a greased pie dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
  4. Stir in shredded cheese, diced vegetables, and any optional cooked meat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
