Hi friends, Try this Quick Banana Milkshake! It's my favorite and easy-to-make milkshake. You guys should try this creamy and natural banana sweetness milkshake.

- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (optional, for added creaminess)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for flavor)
- Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)
- Place the sliced bananas, milk, plain yogurt (if using), honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract (if using) in a blender.
- If desired, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender to make the milkshake extra cold and refreshing.
- Secure the lid on the blender tightly.
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure all the ingredients are well combined.
- Once the milkshake reaches your desired consistency, taste and adjust the sweetness level by adding more honey or maple syrup if needed.
- Pour the Quick Banana Milkshake into glasses.
- If desired, garnish with a slice of banana or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top for extra flavor and presentation.
