Hey everyone! Quick one: I whipped up a batch of madeleines, but I'm not sure how long they'll stay fresh. Any ideas on their shelf life before they lose that fresh-baked magic? Would love to hear your experiences and tips!

Madeleines are best fresh, but they can last a few days in an airtight container at room temp. If you want to keep them longer, the fridge is okay for about a week. Just make sure they're wrapped up tight!
