Calling all seasoned cooks! 👩‍🍳 I've got a quick question: how much salt do you typically use for prime rib? Could any of you share your favorite seasoning ratios and any tips for achieving that perfect savory flavor? I really want to season my prime rib the best way possible! Any input would be greatly appreciated! 😋

Hi! Here's what I do, for prime rib, a good rule of thumb is about 1 teaspoon of salt per pound of meat, but pf course you can adjust according to your taste. Also try mixing in some pepper, garlic powder, and popular herbs like rosemary or thyme for extra flavor punch! Good luck!!

Hi there! I normally use one tablespoon of kosher salt for every five pounds of prime rib. Some people like to add other flavorings, such as thyme or rosemary, but I prefer to keep things simple and use just salt and pepper. To ensure the flavors fully seep in, let it sit at room temperature for a good amount of time before cooking. 🍴
