Ingredients:
- 1 (6 oz) package raspberry-flavored gelatin (Jell-O)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
- Chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or additional fruit for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, dissolve the raspberry gelatin in the boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
2. Add the thawed raspberries (with any juices) and crushed pineapple to the gelatin mixture, stirring until well combined.
3. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
4. Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch serving dish or into individual molds if desired.
5. Refrigerate the Jell-O salad for at least 4 hours or until set.
6. Once set, spread the whipped topping evenly over the top of the Jell-O salad.
7. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or additional fruit on top for garnish.
