Ingredients:​

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:​

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the chicken breasts with the mixture until they are well coated.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Once done, squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.

I think a great recipe with chicken breast is chicken parmesan. You just coat the chicken in breadcrumbs, bake it, and top with marinara sauce and cheese. 🍝
