Beat the heat alert!
Just found the perfect summer dessert to cool you down and satisfy your sweet tooth at the same time with this amazing Grape Granita recipe, folks! This isn't your average freezer pop coz it's fancy, refreshing, and made with just a few ingredients
Ingredients:
Instructions:

- 2 lbs seedless green grapes, washed and stems removed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- In a blender or food processor, puree the grapes until smooth and completely liquefied.
- Strain the grape puree through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.
- In a small saucepan, combine the strained grape juice, sugar, and lemon juice. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
- Pour the grape mixture into a shallow baking dish or metal pan and place it in the freezer.
- Every 30 minutes, use a fork to gently scrape and stir the partially frozen mixture, creating flaky, icy crystals. Continue this process for 2-3 hours, until the granita is completely frozen and has a light, fluffy texture.
- Scoop the Grape Granita into glasses or bowls and serve immediately, garnished with a few fresh grape halves if desired.
