Hello guys! I wanted to share my one recipe for summer. The Piรฑa Coladas, this so refreshing and perfect for summer and occasion events like Hawaiian style. This is so classic and easy to make, hopefully, you will love this recipe!

Tip: For a creamier texture, you can add more cream of coconut or adjust the amount of ice according to your preference. Cheers!

- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple, frozen
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces canned cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
- 1 1/2 ounces white rum
- 1 ounce dark rum
- 2 pineapple wedges, for garnish
Directions:
- Ensure the pineapple is diced and frozen. Measure out the pineapple juice, cream of coconut, white rum, and dark rum.
- In a blender, combine the ice, frozen diced pineapple, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, white rum, and dark rum.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and frosty. Make sure all ingredients are well combined.
- Divide the blended piรฑa colada mixture evenly into 2 glasses.
- Cut a small slit in the tip of each pineapple wedge to easily perch it on the rim of each glass as a garnish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing homemade piรฑa colada!
