Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 72 small pretzel twists (or as needed)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (or as needed)
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, peanut butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually stir in flour and baking soda until the dough forms.
  4. Shape the dough into 36 small balls. Flatten each one slightly and shape into an upside-down triangle.
  5. Decorate the cookies: Press two pretzels at the top corners for antlers, two chocolate chips in the center for eyes, and one chocolate chip or M&M at the bottom for the nose.
  6. Arrange the cookies on baking sheets, leaving some space between them.
  7. Bake for 10–15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
