This delectable dish brings all the classic flavors of a Reuben sandwich into one comforting casserole. With tender corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, melty Swiss cheese, and a creamy Thousand Island dressing, every bite is a taste sensation.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound deli corned beef, chopped
- 1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups cooked egg noodles or cooked and diced potatoes

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped corned beef, drained sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing, sour cream, chopped dill pickles, Dijon mustard, caraway seeds , salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Fold in the cooked egg noodles or diced potatoes until evenly distributed.
4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out into an even layer.
5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and bubbly around the edges.
7. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
