  • 1 lb (450g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese, balsamic glaze, or honey for serving
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the halved Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the Brussels sprouts and toss them to coat evenly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are tender and lightly browned, stirring halfway through.
  7. Once roasted, remove from the oven and serve hot.
  8. Optionally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, drizzle with balsamic glaze, or add a touch of honey for extra flavor.
