You’re going to love this Roasted Garlic Parmesan Bread—it’s the perfect blend of crispy, cheesy goodness with that rich, roasted garlic flavor. I made this the other day, and it was an instant hit. The best part? It's super easy to whip up!

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf of French bread (sliced in half)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the top off the garlic head, drizzle it with a little olive oil, wrap it in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes until soft.
  3. Once the garlic is cool, squeeze the cloves out into a bowl and mix them with the softened butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the bread halves.
  5. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  6. If you like extra crispy bread, broil for an additional 2 minutes, keeping a close eye so it doesn’t burn.
This bread is perfect as a side for pasta or just on its own. The roasted garlic and Parmesan combo is irresistible, and the crispy edges make it extra special. Trust me, you’ll want to make this again and again! 😋
