You’re going to love this Roasted Garlic Parmesan Bread—it’s the perfect blend of crispy, cheesy goodness with that rich, roasted garlic flavor. I made this the other day, and it was an instant hit. The best part? It's super easy to whip up!
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of French bread (sliced in half)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 head of garlic
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the top off the garlic head, drizzle it with a little olive oil, wrap it in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes until soft.
- Once the garlic is cool, squeeze the cloves out into a bowl and mix them with the softened butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the bread halves.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- If you like extra crispy bread, broil for an additional 2 minutes, keeping a close eye so it doesn’t burn.
