Hey everyone! I tried this salmon en papillote recipe, and it’s not only healthy but also incredibly flavorful. The salmon steams perfectly in the parchment!

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 small zucchini, julienned
- 1 small carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh dill (or thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parchment paper
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Assemble the Packets: Cut two large sheets of parchment paper. Place a salmon fillet in the center of each. Top with lemon slices, zucchini, and carrot. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dill, salt, and pepper.
- Seal the Packets: Fold the parchment over the salmon and seal the edges tightly by folding and crimping.
- Bake: Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve: Carefully open the packets (watch out for steam!) and serve straight from the parchment.
