  • 1 pound cooked crab meat (or imitation crab)
  • 1 cup cooked bay scallops
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: a pinch of Old Bay seasoning
  • Lettuce leaves, for serving

    Instructions
  1. Prepare the Seafood
    • If not already cooked, cook the shrimp, crab meat, and bay scallops. Allow them to cool completely.
  2. Chop and Combine Ingredients
    • In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, crab meat, and bay scallops.
    • Add the chopped celery, red bell pepper, red onion, and fresh parsley. Gently mix everything together.
  3. Make the Dressing
