I
ngredients:
I
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces mixed seafood (shrimp, calamari, mussels, etc.)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until softened and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the sliced bell pepper to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until slightly tender.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the mixed seafood to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the seafood is cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and white wine, if using. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Season the seafood mixture with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes, if desired, adjusting to taste.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until well combined and heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately, and enjoy the tantalizing flavors of seafood stir-fry spaghetti by the seaside or wherever your culinary adventures take you!
