I'm a huge fan of Korean dramas and I always crave them whenever they eat ramen noodles. So i looked up on the internet and found this recipe!

Here's a delicious recipe for Sesame Garlic Ramen Noodles:
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (shiitake or button mushrooms work well)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Optional: cooked chicken, tofu, or shrimp for protein
Instructions:
- Prepare Ramen Noodles:
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, honey or brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sriracha sauce. Adjust sweetness and spiciness according to your preference.
- Cook Vegetables and Protein:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add bell pepper and mushrooms to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- If using protein (chicken, tofu, or shrimp), add it to the skillet and cook until fully cooked through.
- Combine Everything:
- Lower the heat to medium and add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Toss everything together gently using tongs or a spatula until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve:
- Divide the sesame garlic ramen noodles into bowls.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
