  • 1 cup cooked basmati rice or 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • One 14-ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 4 large or 6 small bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 lemon

I think topping your stuffed peppers with a dollop of creamy tzatziki sauce would provide a cool contrast to the warm, spiced filling! 🥒 Though, remember to hollow out the peppers evenly for even cooking! 🍽️

Wow, this Shawarma Stuffed Peppers recipe is a flavor explosion! The combo of savory ground turkey, fragrant spices, and creamy tahini sauce in vibrant bell peppers has my mouth watering. Plus, it's versatile with rice or cauliflower rice. And that homemade Shawarma Seasoning blend? Genius! Can't wait to cozy up with these stuffed peppers and some fresh herbs. Thanks for this culinary adventure! 🍽️✨
