I’ve been trying to improve my daily routine and focus more on staying healthy, especially when it comes to energy levels and metabolism. With work and daily responsibilities, it’s easy to fall into unhealthy habits like eating processed food, skipping exercise, or not getting enough sleep.

Recently, I started focusing on small changes like drinking more water, going for short walks, and eating more balanced meals. These simple habits have helped me feel a bit more active and less tired during the day. I’ve realized that consistency matters more than doing everything perfectly.
