Hey there, lovebirds!
Planning a cozy date night at home? This sizzlin' London Broil is the perfect fancy-ish main course to impress your sweetie. It's deceivingly easy to make but packs in tons of big, beefy flavor. Just add a couple of sides and some candlelight, and you've got all the ingredients for a romantic evening. Let's get cookin'!
Ingredients:
Instructions:

Ingredients:
- 2-3 lb London Broil (flank or top round steak)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Instructions:
- Take the steak out of the fridge and let it come up to room temp, about 30 mins. Pat it dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, and vinegar.
- Rub that flavor-packed marinade all over the steak, making sure to evenly coat both sides.
- Pop the steak onto a foil-lined baking sheet and let it hang out while your oven preheats to a blistering 500°F.
- Once preheated, use a pair of tongs to carefully transfer the hot baking sheet with the steak right under your oven's broiler.
- Broil for 5-7 minutes per side for a perfect medium-rare doneness, flipping once halfway through. Keep an eye on it - broilers work fast!
- Remove the gorgeously browned London Broil from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain into thin strips.
