  • 4 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
Procedure:
  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
  2. Using a fork, mash the yolks until smooth.
  3. Stir in the mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
  4. Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Top each deviled egg with a small piece of smoked salmon.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
